Colorado’s majestic Cache la Poudre river is a designated national “Wild and Scenic River” and it earns the title. Paddlers here can do some world class rafting, kayaking and inflatable kayaking that ranges all the way from Class II, Class III to Class IV, with some solid streches of whitewater.
