Need four days of Colorado cycling heaven?

Bike tours are a great way to see the Rockies in the summer.

The Peace Tour of Colorado is a charity bike ride that generally runs in late July and early June. This year’s tour is a loop tour starting and ending in Durango. This tour covers four passes, 238 miles along Colorado’s San Juan Highway.
This tour is for the serious cyclists who wants to be challenged. The first day alone you will do almost 7,000 feet in elevation gain from Durango, up Molas Pass, to Silverton, then up Red Mountain Pass to Ouray – 74 intense miles total. The Peace Tour is challenging and well-supported. Cyclists like this tour. If you have what it takes, The Peace Tour will be a ride you will never forget.
