Planning a trip to Banff National Park or Japser National Park? You’ll surely want to keep climate in mind in this part of the world. Below you’ll see average temps for Jasper and Banff. These tables are handy to give you a general idea of how the weather can be on your trip.

But you should keep in mind that the weather in the Canadian Rockies can be quite unpredictable, especially if you plan on trekking in high elevations. No matter what the calendar says, come prepared for what ever mother nature throws at you, and you’re sure to have a better time in the Canadian Rockies.
